Connect Foodics and other POS systems

Foodics, the API pull (recommended)

  1. Get your Foodics API access token: authorize your private Foodics app once, or use the Foodics API Adapter app; Foodics emails you a read-only sales token.
  2. Paste the token into your MIQAS Foodics card. MIQAS pulls new and updated orders automatically every day.

Foodics, the webhook

Foodics configures webhooks on developer applications; there is no merchant console screen for it. Email support@foodics.com asking to add your MIQAS webhook URL, including the ?key= part, for order.created and order.updated. Keep that URL private; the key inside it is the security, and you can rotate it from the card if it ever leaks.

Marn

Request partner API credentials from Marn (Client ID, Client Secret, BrandKey, LocationKey) and paste the four values into the card. MIQAS pulls detailed day sales automatically every day.

Verify it worked
Place a small order in the POS. Pulled sources show it within 15 minutes; webhook sources within about 30 seconds. Declined, void, and draft orders are ignored automatically.
