Import history and reports by CSV

CSV import fills the past: your order history, and ad reports for spend, creatives, audience, and placements. Live connections cover the present; CSV covers everything from before you connected.

Orders

Export orders from your platform and upload under Uploads → Ecommerce orders. Required columns: order id, order date, total amount. Each row runs through the same pipeline as live orders, and duplicates are skipped automatically, so re-uploading is always safe.

Ad reports

Export from the ad platform's own reporting (for Meta: Ads Manager → Reports → Export, with a daily breakdown) and upload under Uploads → Ad spend. MIQAS auto-detects each platform's column names.

The currency question

Every upload asks: what currency are the amounts in this file?Ad accounts often bill in a different currency than your store sells in. Answer honestly and MIQAS converts at exact pegged rates; if the file's own column header names a currency, the file wins.

Verify it worked

The upload result states how many rows imported and the date range. Widen the dashboard date filter to that range and the numbers appear.
