MIQAS

Every platform says the order was theirs. See which ad earned it.

MIQAS sets what you spend on Meta, TikTok and Snapchat against the paid orders your store actually took, credits each order to the last ad click before it, and sends purchases back to the platforms from your server.

The campaign spends, the store sells, and the two reports never meet

You installed the pixel and the campaign is spending, yet some weeks the platform shows only a handful of the sales your store recorded.

Other weeks it runs the other way: Meta, TikTok and Snapchat each report conversions for the same days, and added together they claim more sales than the store ever took.

Everyone agrees the orders happened; what nobody can tell you is which ad earned each one, so the weekly meeting turns into a debate about whose dashboard to believe.

Somewhere in the middle sit a creator's promo code and a weekend discount, and no report says what either of them actually brought in or cost.

Budget drifts toward the platform with the loudest report instead of the ad that earned the order.

From the ad click to the customer who comes back

8 steps from the click to the customer record, in the order your store sees them.

  1. The ad is clicked

The pixel keeps the click ID, with the UTM and then the referrer as fallbacks.

  2. The visit

Sessions, page views and top pages, recorded by the pixel.

  3. Add to cart

Counted wherever the pixel is installed on your store.

  4. Checkout

The same, from the pixel, so you can see where shoppers stop.

  5. Paid order

It arrives from Salla, Zid, Shopify or WooCommerce, or from the pixel on any other site.

  6. Credited to the ad

The order goes to the last ad click before it, not to a direct visit.

  7. Sent back to the platforms

The purchase goes to Meta from your server, and to TikTok and Snapchat when you switch sending on.

  8. The customer record

On the Pro plan, each customer shows their orders, total spent and whether they are new, repeat or slipping away.

Customers, not a sales pipeline

A store does not walk prospects through meetings and proposals; it sells to people who either come back or quietly stop. A CRM built around deal stages has nothing to say about that, so the record that matters here is the customer: what they bought, how often, and which ad brought them to you.

What it records
  • A customer record created from every order and sign-up, without anyone typing it in
  • The ad platform and campaign that first brought the customer
  • Orders, total spent and the date of the last order
  • Whether the customer is new, repeat, VIP (4 orders or more), slipping away (60 days without an order) or lost (120 days)
  • Notes, a status and an owner for each customer
  • A consent log for each customer
  • Available on the Pro plan, once the workspace owner switches it on

Your spend and your orders in one view

Each campaign's results combine what the ad platform reports with the orders and sign-ups your site recorded for that campaign, so the platform's figures sit beside what the store actually took, in your currency.

Meta

Spend, clicks, orders, revenue and ROAS by campaign, with the funnel columns Meta reports.

TikTok

The same view, with the columns TikTok reports for each campaign.

Snapchat

Spend, orders, revenue and ROAS by campaign, from the Growth plan.

Your store

Salla, Zid, Shopify and WooCommerce orders arrive, and with the MIQAS pixel on the store they are matched to the ad click that came before them.

Paid orders reported back to the platforms from your server

Each paid order is sent from your server to Meta, and to TikTok and Snapchat when you switch sending on, with personal identifiers hashed before they leave MIQAS. The platforms receive stronger first-party signals from real orders, rather than only what a browser managed to report. What each platform does with them is its own decision.

The numbers a store is judged on after the click

Revenue per campaign
What the ad platform reports for the campaign, with the paid orders your store recorded under that campaign added where the platform shows none.
ROAS per campaign and blended
Revenue divided by spend, for each campaign and across every platform together.
Average cost per sale
Ad spend divided by the orders tracked.
Orders and average order value
From the store connection and the pixel.
Add to cart and purchases
The steps of the funnel, from the pixel on your store.
Refunds
Shown against revenue, so a refunded order does not flatter a campaign.
Discounts and giveaways
What promotions and free orders cost, shown whenever the store used discounts.
Top items sold
Products ranked by the line items in paid orders.
Orders and total spent per customer
Kept in the customer record, on the Pro plan.

What changes when spend and orders share one screen

Before

  • Each platform reports its own conversions for the same days.
  • The store dashboard shows a different number again.
  • A spreadsheet tries to reconcile them once a month.
  • Creators are judged by views and comments.
  • Orders reach the platforms only as well as the browser reports them.

With MIQAS

  • Spend and paid orders side by side, in your currency.
  • Each order credited to the last ad click before it.
  • Revenue per campaign and one blended ROAS across platforms.
  • On the Pro plan, revenue and commission per creator by promo code, refreshed weekly for Shopify stores.
  • Purchases sent from your server as well as from the browser.

Whether your campaigns are run by your own team or by an agency, MIQAS gives the store an independent view of what happens between advertising spend and paid orders, and it sits beside the tools you already use rather than replacing them.

How online stores use it

3 platforms, one store

The problem
Meta, TikTok and Snapchat each report conversions for the same week, and together they claim more orders than the store took.
What MIQAS does
MIQAS sets each platform's spend against the paid orders the store recorded and credits every order to the last ad click before it.
What becomes visible
Revenue and ROAS for each campaign, and one blended ROAS you can defend in a budget meeting.

Connected, but nothing arrives

The problem
The platform says the pixel is linked, the campaign spent, and almost no add-to-cart or purchase events show up.
What MIQAS does
Install the MIQAS pixel, connect the store and place a test order; events are also captured on the server side, not only in the browser.
What becomes visible
Sessions, add to cart and purchases in the Website tab, so you can see whether events are arriving before you raise the budget.

The creator's promo code

The problem
A creator posts, sales move that week, and all you have to go on is a view count.
What MIQAS does
Give each creator their own promo code and track it in Influencers, on the Pro plan; this works for Shopify stores, and the figures refresh once a week.
What becomes visible
Revenue and commission per creator, so the next booking is decided on orders rather than reach.

Retarget people who actually bought

The problem
Past buyers keep seeing prospecting ads meant for strangers.
What MIQAS does
Build an audience from customers who already bought, then upload it to the ad platform yourself (Growth plan and above).
What becomes visible
An audience built from real orders, ready to exclude from prospecting or to target with a repeat offer.

The cost of a giveaway week

The problem
Free orders and discount codes hide inside the week's revenue, so a promotion looks better or worse than it was.
What MIQAS does
The Discounts and giveaways panel separates them out whenever the store used discounts.
What becomes visible
What was sold, what was collected and what was given away.

What to scale this week

The problem
There are too many campaigns to read one by one before Sunday's budget call.
What MIQAS does
Autopilot, on the Pro plan, suggests budget changes and acts only after you approve; it can pause campaigns and change budgets on Meta and TikTok, inside limits you set.
What becomes visible
A short list of proposed changes with the reason for each one.

Questions from store owners

Why do my ad platforms and my store show different numbers?

Each platform counts the conversions it can see and gives itself the credit, so 2 or 3 of them can claim the same order. Your store records every paid order exactly once. MIQAS sets each platform's spend against the store's orders and credits each order to the last ad click before it, found by click ID, with the UTM and then the referrer as fallbacks.

I already have a tracking app or pixel installed. Do I still need MIQAS?

A tracking app sends your store's events to each ad platform, and that is worth having. MIQAS works one step later: it puts what each platform spent next to the orders your store took, in your currency and in one place, so you can see what those events were actually worth.

Does it work with Salla, Zid, Shopify and WooCommerce?

Yes. Salla, Zid, Shopify and WooCommerce connect directly and send their orders to MIQAS, and the pixel adds the visit and the click. Any other site works through the pixel alone.

Which ad platforms are covered on each plan?

Meta and TikTok are covered on every plan, and Snapchat is added from the Growth plan.

How does MIQAS decide which ad gets the credit for an order?

The order goes to the last ad click before it that was not a direct visit. The click is identified by its click ID first, then by the UTM tags, then by the referrer.

Can I see which creator or promo code sold?

Yes, on the Pro plan, for Shopify stores. Give each creator a promo code and MIQAS shows the revenue and the commission for each one, based on the orders that used the code, refreshed once a week.

Do the funnel numbers need the pixel?

Yes. Visits, add to cart and checkout come from the pixel on your store. Paid orders can arrive through the store connection without it, but the steps before the order cannot.

Is this the same as a CRM?

On the Pro plan, every customer becomes a record automatically, with their orders, total spent and the ad that first brought them. There is no sales pipeline for a store, because a store does not sell through meetings and stages.
