Connect Shopify orders (webhooks)

  1. In Shopify admin, go to Settings → Notifications → Webhooks (scroll to the very bottom of the Notifications page).
  2. Click Create webhook. Event: Order creation. Format: JSON. URL: copy the Webhook URL from your MIQAS source card. Save.
  3. Copy the long signing code Shopify shows at the bottom of the Webhooks section ("Your webhooks will be signed with…") and paste it into the matching box in MIQAS. This is how MIQAS confirms orders really come from your store.
  4. Create two more webhooks the same way: Refund create and Order cancellation, same URL, format JSON. With these, MIQAS automatically removes refunded and cancelled orders from your revenue.
Verify it worked
Place any real order, or press Send test notification in Shopify. It appears in MIQAS within seconds; test notifications are recognized and never counted as real sales.
